1. Claiming of Conference Materials
Where: SMX Convention Center – SM Lanang (Lobby)
When: July 21, 2024 (Sunday) at 1-5 PM and on July 22, 2024 (Monday) at 730-10 AM.
How: Please bring your PRC ID/any government ID/Company ID to claim the materials and your email confirmation from the Secretariat. These documents can be provided in digital form as well.
2. Attendance and Evaluation Forms for PRC Monitoring
- An attendance sheet from PRC will need to be signed by participants holding Chemist and Chemical Technician licenses who wish to claim CPD units.
- All participants are required to accomplish the daily evaluation form in order to be given the certificate for the event and the corresponding CPD units.
- Evaluation Google forms will be available at the KKP website and will be made available on the following schedules:
July 22 and 23, 2024 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
July 24, 2024 1.00 PM to 5:00 PM
3. Certificates
- Certificates for participants (oral presenters, poster presenters, attendees, booth exhibitors, members of organizing committee) will be provided as an e-copy upon completion of ALL three evaluation forms.
- The certificate of appearance is included in your conference kit.
4. Issuance of OR/Service Invoice
- All ORs/Service Invoices are already inserted in each participant’s ID or their representative
- For cases where revisions need to be made, this will be done only during Day 2 – July 23 (Tuesday) and Day 3 – July 24 (Wednesday) of the event. Simply approach the Secretariat table. The initial OR/Service Invoice must be surrendered for replacement.
5. Conference Materials
Your conference bag contains ID with lanyard, notebook, pen, Certificate of Appearance, meal stubs, OR/Service Invoice, raffle ticket, and the Souvenir Program
6. Meals
All participants who indicated dietary preferences will have “SPECIAL DIET” labelled on their conference IDs.
There will be no special buffet table for those with diet restrictions. All food will be properly labeled (beef, fish, chicken), and allergen warnings for those containing nuts, dairy and egg will also be provided.
The Secretariat and Chippens (conference caterer) have the list of vegetarians and pescatarians. We have additional vegetable dish/es for vegetarians and fish viand for pescatarians to be distributed in a separate table after the vegetarians and pescatarians pick their food from other selections in the buffet table.

You may access the Book of Abstracts using the QR code in your conference ID.

The conference Secretariat will be at the lobby for SMX from July 21 – July 24 for any inquiries.
