Registration (International Participants)

Registration Guidelines:

  1. The 38th Philippine Chemistry Congress and 2024 IC2 can only accommodate 1600 participants. As such, registration is on a first come-first serve basis.
  2. Registration is to be accomplished individually. Google form can only be filled out once and cannot be edited once submitted. Group registration is not allowed.
  3. Please prepare the following documents to ensure a smooth registration process:
    1. Government ID (For those who do not have PRC ID) or Company ID or Student ID (if Undergraduate Student of High School Student)
    2. Proof of payment (soft copy of deposit slip or screenshot of electronic transfer)
  4. Payment will be done through Dragonpay using credit card. Registration is non-refundable.

    Please send a clear scanned copy of the Dragonpay transaction slip (must be the transaction confirmation received from Dragonpay via the email you entered) to: 38pcc.secretariat@kkp.org.ph.

    Registration Fees*:
    International Participants (Professional/Student): USD 300.00

    NOTE: In case your company/institution would like to pay in bulk (group payments), kindly contact the secretariat on how this can be done. how this can be done. Kindly request a Statement of Account first from the secretariat at 38pcc.2024ic2.secretariat@gmail.com.

    Registration is deemed official only after a confirmation email is sent by the Secretariat.

For paper presenters, payment does not guarantee acceptance of the paper submitted. You are advised to secure acceptance of your paper first before proceeding. You can access the form for submission of papers here:
