Registration Guidelines:

Note: These instructions are for local participants domiciled in the Philippines only.

  1. The 38th Philippine Chemistry Congress and 2024 IC2 can only accommodate 1600 participants. As such, registration is on a first come-first serve basis.
  2. Registration is to be accomplished individually. Google form can only be filled out once and cannot be edited once submitted. Group registration is not allowed.
  3. Please prepare the following documents to ensure a smooth registration process:
    Confirmation of registration will only be given only when the appropriate details in the registration and paid amount are submitted.
    1. PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission ID – For those seeking CPD units)
    2. Government ID (For those who do not have PRC ID)
    3. Student ID, if any
    4. Membership ID or proof of active membership (inclusive of the dates of the conference), if any

      NOTE 1: Only those who have a valid and active membership to any of the following professional organizations (ICP, KKP, PACT, PACS) may avail of the discount. Please note that membership status will be verified and in case of lacking payment, certificate will be withheld until completion of payment or updating of membership.
    5. Proof of payment (soft copy of deposit slip or screenshot of electronic transfer)

      NOTE 2: Kindly ensure that you have paid the correct amount depending on your appropriate participant rates (if you wish to confirm under which type you belong before payment you may send inquiries to 38pcc.secretariat@kkp.org.ph
  4. Payment will be done via Dragonpay. Registration is non-refundable.

    Registration Fees*:
    Non-Member of PFCS Organization: PhP 6,520.00
    Member of PFCS Organization: PhP 5,520.00
    Undergraduate/High School Student: PhP 4,020.00
    *The rate already includes the 20-peso transaction fee for Dragonpay.

    Registration is deemed official only after a confirmation email is sent by the Secretariat.

For paper presenters, payment does not guarantee acceptance of the paper submitted. You are advised to secure acceptance of your paper first before proceeding. You can access the form for submission of papers here:
