Registration (For Undergraduate Students Only)

Guidelines for IC2 Registration for Undergraduate Students

  1. Please make sure before making the registration payment that you are a bonafide undergraduate (college) student as shown in the proof of enrollment for the academic year 2022-2023. School ID is not sufficient to serve as a proof. It must be the latest enrollment document for the academic year 2022-2023. This also means
    that you have not graduated yet from the program by the time of the conference (15-17 February 2023).
  2. Registration will only be made valid and official when the correct registration fee is paid based on meeting the requirements and qualification mentioned for an undergraduate student.
  3. No Official Receipt and Registration will be given if and you DID NOT qualify for an undergraduate student and you were not able to supply the necessary requirements.
  4. If you are not sure, before making the payment you may consult the secretariat committee first by sending an email inquiry to: icc2023kkp@gmail.com
  5. Registration will close when the 50 undergraduate student slots have been filled and you will be directed to the registration professional paying attendees.
  6. The google form cannot be edited and can only be filled out once.
  7. Last date to register is until 20 January 2023 (Friday, 23:59 PST)

Steps for Registration

  1. Make sure you are qualified for this participant type (Local or Overseas Undergraduate Student)
  2. Pay the correct registration fee for undergraduate students as stipulated below:

*Note: For Local Undergraduate students and Graduate students who registered with the old rates, excess payment will be returned to you during the event. An email will be sent to you by the Secretariat on how much refund you will be getting.

  1. Fill-up this google form (https://forms.gle/UfN3kY2gQNEVU4BF6) and upload the following:
    a. Proof of payment (pdf file with filename: SURNAME_Payment_DateofPayment eg:
    CRUZ_Payment_20221212)
    b. Proof of enrollment (pdf file with filename: SURNAME_Enrollment)
  2. Wait for the official confirmation of registration to be given by the secretariat upon verification of the payment made with the bank (This may take 3-5 working days)
