Guidelines for IC2 Registration for Professionals and Graduate Students

For undergraduate/high school students, please register through this link: https://www.kkp.org.ph/ic2/registration-ug/

  1. Please make sure to choose the appropriate participant type before making the registration payment.
    a. KKP Members are those who have an ACTIVE membership status – which are deemed as members until 15-17 February 2023. This should be supplied with a proof of membership. To check if your membership is active you may send inquiries to icc2023kkp@gmail.com. If you wish to avail of KKP membership you may check the KKP website for the details: https://www.kkp.org.ph/membership/
    b. Professional participants may come from the academe, the industry or the government. The event is not limited to those in the chemistry profession, it is also open to those involved with the allied fields of chemistry.
  2. Registration will only be made valid and official when the correct registration fee is paid based on meeting the requirements and qualification mentioned for the specific participant type.
  3. No Official Receipt and Registration will be given if you DID NOT qualify for the specific participant type that you indicated. (For example if you paid for a rate of a KKP member but your membership is not active, etc)
  4. If you are not sure, before making the payment you may consult the secretariat committee first by sending an email inquiry to: icc2023kkp@gmail.com
  5. The google form cannot be edited and can only be filled-up once.
  6. Last date to register is until 20 January 2023 (Friday, 23:59 PST)

Steps for Registration

  1. Check if you are an active KKP member* (Your membership certificate should be valid until 15-17 February 2023) or email: icc2023kkp@gmail.com
  2. Pay the corresponding registration fees:

**Note: For Local Undergraduate students and Graduate students who registered with the old rates, excess payment will be returned to you during the event. An email will be sent to you by the Secretariat on how much refund you will be getting.

  1. Fill-up this google form (https://forms.gle/nGUfybz56gS8Tygp8) and upload the following:
    a. Proof of payment (pdf file with filename: SURNAME_Payment_DateofPayment eg: CRUZ_Payment_20221212)
    b. Proof of KKP membership (pdf file with filename: SURNAME_KKP-Membership)
  2. Wait for the official confirmation of registration to be given by the secretariat upon verification of the payment made with the bank (This may take 3-5 working days)
