We are delighted to invite you to join us as a key partner in the 2024 International Conference on Chemistry (IC2) in tandem with the 38th Philippine Chemistry Congress (38PCC) which will be held at the Davao City SMX Convention Center on 22 – 24 July 2024. The theme for this congress is “CHEMINNOVATION: Sustaining a Better Tomorrow – New Ideas, New Developments, New Technologies”.
The Kapisanang Kimika ng Pilipinas (KKP) is inviting you to be part of this important event. SUMMARY OF OPTIONS
1. EXHIBITION BOOTH (A – Lobby) 60,000.00 / booth
(B – Function Room 1) 50,000.00 / booth
Exhibitors are entitled to the following:
- 1 Exhibit booth (2m x 3m)
- Free registration for 1 participant
- Publication entry in the souvenir program’s Directory of Exhibitors
2. POSTER EXHIBIT 10,000.00 /poster
Interested companies may opt to advertise their products and services through a poster exhibit (0.9m width x 1.5m height) to be conspicuously displayed at the Congress site for the duration of the conference. Poster exhibitors may also participate as paper presentors.
3. PRODUCT DEMO OR WORKSHOP 10,000.00 /event
Interested companies may showcase/ demo their new products on the 2nd day of the conference. The Function Room 1 will be the venue for the product demo/ workshop. A 30-minute demonstration time will be allotted per sponsor.

5. CONFERENCE BAGS 15,000.00 / 100 bags
An official IC2&38PCC bag shall be given to all participants. Sponsorship of bags is open to all interested parties. The bags you sponsor shall carry the design of your choice, such as your company or product logo.
6. SPONSORSHIP IN CONFERENCE DINNER 10,000.00 / table
This will allow exhibitors/companies / institutions / individuals to sponsor a table (for 10 persons) during the conference dinner. Your name will be displayed on the table and will be acknowledged during the conference dinner.
7. SPONSORSHIP OF PFCS ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 25,000 / award
The Philippine Federation of Chemistry Societies recognizes outstanding contributions to Chemistry through the PFCS Outstanding Achievement Awards. The awards aim to 1) inspire the youth to take up chemistry, 2) recognize outstanding contribution of chemists to development of discipline, and, 3) recognize outstanding and exemplary contributions to society through chemistry.
The PFCS Outstanding Achievement Awards is given in four categories: 1) Chemistry Education, 2) Chemical Research, 3) Chemical Industry, and, 4) Service to the Chemistry Profession
Your company will be co-presenting your chosen award (e.g. PFCS-YOUR COMPANY 2024 Award in Chemical Research) and your company logo will be displayed in all publicity events related to the PFCS Outstanding Achievement Awards 2024, to be given during the IC2&38PCC
8. PHOTOBOOTH SPONSORSHIP 10,000/ event
A company may sponsor the photobooth during the opening program or fellowship dinner. A photobooth will be setup near the venue entrance. Photo print layout can be customized to include the company logo. Company may also provide fun props to promote their products.
SPECIAL SPONSORSHIP
An entity whose total sponsorship (including Exhibition Booth, Poster Exhibit, Product Demo or Workshop, Advertisement in the Souvenir Program, Sponsorship in Conference Dinner, Congress Bags, PFCS Achievement Awards and Special Donations) reaches the following levels shall be designated as Special Sponsor of the IC2&38PCC.
