Program

IC2 will consist of plenary and parallel sessions.  The plenary sessions will feature invited speakers, and the parallel sessions will involve invited keynote speakers, and presentation of contributed papers.  There will also be parallel sessions featuring workshops on selected topics.  Poster presentations of contributed papers will likewise be held during the period of the conference.
